Raising and installing the floor joists in the front bedroom.

New plywood floor in front bedroom. Drywall off of south wall.

at left and right: Floor off of Dining Room to repair south basement wall and replace floor joists.

Basement Wall at Dining Room floor. Will be partially taken down and rebuilt. It is leaning into the house quite a bit.

From Basement Bedroom joists raised, Dining Room joist to be raised and added to, see above.
